A day full of sounds, singing, dancing, laughing, enjoyment with body & soul awaits you. You can leave your everyday life at the door - this is YOUR day and you are in focus with your whole being. You may let yourself fall into guided meditations, travel with the sound, feel Mother Earth. If the weather permits, we will spend time in nature and absorb its power with small shamanic rituals.
Maybe you like to explore the various sound instruments - a common "sound session" may arise spontaneously.
