• The written registration is considered an official booking and is binding on the payment arrangements.
• Invoice delivery by e-mail is considered as confirmation of registration.
• The course fees are to be paid within 30 days of the invoice being issued.
• For registrations within 30 days before the course starts, the course fee must be transferred at least two weeks before the course starts.
• If the minimum number of participants is not reached and the workshop cannot be held, an equivalent course can be attended or the course fee will be refunded.
• Failure to attend does not release from the obligation to pay the course fees (exception: if a medical certificate is presented).
• If the registered person cannot attend, a substitute may be provided. The organiser must be informed immediately in writing.
  Participation is at the participant's own risk. Insurance is the responsibility of the participant.
• The workshops do not replace medical therapies. In case of health problems, a doctor or a medical specialist must be consulted.
